By installing Amazon Audible app, you can now choose the audio book you want to listen to. Even if you don’t have a current Audible subscription you will still be able to listen to the books your purchased when your subscription was active.
For this to work –
1. The book that you want to listen to must be downloaded to the smartphone/tablet you are running Android Auto / Audible on
2. Once the book has been downloaded, you can then select it from within the Audible app you are using within the Android Auto environment
3. Open the Android Auto App
4. Click on the Headphone icon
5. If Audible app doesn’t show up, click on the Headphone icon again and tap on Audible
6. You should now be able to listen to the Audible book that you downloaded
