1. Plug in HDMI cable from Amazon Fire TV
2. You should see a message on the TV about a new device was detected
3. Using the Caavo remote, click on Setup Now button
4. You should see a new cable plugged into the Caavo picture on the TV
5. Click on Next button to continue
6. The Identifying Devices screen will show next
7. After a few minutes, you should see the Amazon Fire TV device listed
8. Click on Next button to continue
9. You will next need to pair your Caavo remote to the Amazon fire. Follow the onscreen instructions using your Fire TV remote
10. After pairing the Caavo remote to Amazon Fire, Caavo will now search for the device on your home network
11. Ciick on the Ok button on the Caavo remote to accept the Fire TV device
12. Your next step is the pair the Caavo remote with the Amazon Fire TV
13. Follow the on screen instructions (This will be done with the Amazon Fire TV Remote)
14. Run the requested tests to ensure that the Caavo remote is functioning correctly with the Caavo remote
15. Press the Mike button on the Caavo remote when you are finished testing
16. Install the Caavo app as requested by the on screen instructions.
17. Press the Mike button on the Caavo control when the test has been completed.
18. You are now up and running
Note: If you have a Amazon Fire TV Gen 1 box, don’t use it. You wont have full functionality and there may be other quirky things such as intermittent video to deal with.
