3 ways to do enable SSH on RPi
1. Create 0 byte size file on boot flash before first use
2. Enable SSH in raspi-config
3. Enable using systemctl
a. sudo systemctl enable ssh
b. sudo systemctl start ssh
Options 2 and 3 require a keyboard and monitor attached to RPI to enable SSH
